If your skin feels tight but tends to get shiny during the day, this toner gives you the best of both worlds. Inspired by the traditional Korean practice of using rice water for brighter, healthier skin, it delivers lasting hydration while helping keep excess oil under control.

The formula is infused with nutrient-rich rice extract and rice amino acids to soften, hydrate and refresh the skin. What makes it unique is the innovative dual-layer formula: one layer delivers lightweight moisture, while the second contains a sebum-control powder that helps absorb excess oil and refine the look of pores.

Just shake before use to mix the two layers together and apply. Your skin is left feeling hydrated, smooth and balanced, with a fresh glow that never looks greasy.

Routine Step: Toning. After cleansing and before moisturiser.

After cleansing, apply a small amount with palms of your hands, gently pressing and patting into skin for full absorption. Follow with moisturizer. Shake well before use.

2. Using Cotton Pads: Soak a cotton pad and wipe to remove dead skin cells, sebum, and care for pores.
