Unfortunately, currently, we only ship inside Switzerland.
You should receive your orders 2-3 days after the shipping. As soon as your package has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation. In summary, you should receive your order in 3-5 business days.
Our standard delivery is free of charge, as long as you reach the minimum order value of CHF 65. Otherwise, the standard delivery fee is CHF 8.

Shipping takes place within Switzerland with our shipping partner, Swiss Post.
Invoices are sent by email only, within 48 hours after the purchase. We don’t send out additional paper invoices. Should you need a duplicate of your invoice, please reach us at info@dirsuptifbeauty.ch and we will be happy to provide you with one.

If you select payment via PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. The receipt of payment is usually booked with us within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.

Within 14 days of receipt, you can return the products that you purchased. After this period, a return is no longer possible.
You can return any item as long as it was unopened, unused and still has the security seal (if applicable). Therefore, please make sure that the packaging material, instructions for use and accessories are also returned.
1. Register the return

2. Pack your items
Simply place the items and the return slip (sent by us) in the package and stick the return label on the package. It is important that the old shipping label is no longer visible.
3. Give up your return
Take your package to a branch of Swiss Post or a parcel point.
4. Get your refund
It is best to keep the issued return receipt until we confirm your return. As soon as our shipping partner has received your return, we will credit the purchase amount within 14 days.
Unfortunately, we can not accept products that can no longer be resold. Have you opened your beauty product and you don’t like it? Maybe you can give it away to someone from your circle of friends or family – and thus help reduce unnecessary waste.
If you realized you purchased the wrong item or you would like to add more items and if the order has not yet been shipped please email us right away info@disruptifbeauty.ch, so we can help you adjust the order if it’s still in the warehouse.
