Smooth Out is designed to give your skin a clinically proven collagen-boosting amount of AHAs and, at the same time, to be as gentle as possible. The 12% glycolic and lactic acid combination removes the dead skin cells gently, but effectively, giving you a healthy glow overnight.
With ongoing use, it boosts the skin’s own collagen production, smooths fine lines, fades hyperpigmentation and boosts the effectiveness of treatments and moisturizers used afterwards.
The combination of AHAs with Nopal Cactus Extract allows the reduction of potential irritation caused by higher amounts of AHA. In addition, it has extra humectants to boost the water-binding ability of lactic and glycolic acid.
The result is a more even, smooth and glowy skin.

It can be used as first step after cleansing your skin. Use it as a toner, either with a (reusable) cotton pad or pour it into your hands and pat it. Avoid using around the eye area!
Phase-in application
You can use Smooth Out from once a week to once a day depending on your skin’s level of tolerance.
If you are only starting now with chemical exfoliation, phase application in gradually:
- 1st - 2nd weeks: Use it twice a week
- 3rd - 4th weeks: every other night
- 5th week onwards: every night
You might experience some light tingling after application, which is normal and will go away soon. You can reduce the tingling sensation, if you apply the product to completely dry skin. Do not use other exfoliants or scrubs at the same time.
Do not use if your skin is very sensitive or prone to redness - in this case take a look at Calm Down.
IMPORTANT: AHA acids make the skin more sensitive to the sun. Use sunscreen everyday as the last step of your morning routine!
