Routine step: Toner, after cleansing and before serum or moisturiser.

It can be used as first step after cleansing your skin. Use it as a toner, either with a (reusable) cotton pad or pour it into your hands and pat it. Follow it up with your favourite serums and moisturizers.Avoid using around the eye area!

Phase-in application

You can use Cheer Up from every other day to twice a day depending on your skin’s level of tolerance. For most skin types, once a day use is ideal.

If you are only starting now with chemical exfoliation, phase application in gradually:

• 1st - 2nd weeks: Use it twice a week
• 3rd - 4th weeks: every other night
• 5th week onwards: every night

IMPORTANT: Mandelic acid might make the skin more sensitive to the sun. Use sunscreen everyday as the last step of your morning routine!

Skin Type: All skin types, but especially combination to oily skin that struggles with acne, blackheads and enlarged pores. It is also gentle enough to be used on sensitive, redness-prone skin.
