To register as a new customer and create a new account you just need to go to “Register” in the top right corner of the home page. 

  1. Provide your name, e-mail, address and a phone number.
  2. Accept the Terms & Conditions and Save.
  3. You will be asked to confirm your registration by e-mail. 

No. You can place an order as guest, if you don’t check the box “Create an account”. This means that your data will not be saved for future purchases. 

Just access the your customer area and click on “forgotten your password?”. You will receive an email with instructions to reset the password.

Yes. With every purchase you will receive 3 samples. 

It is super easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Search the product you want. You can filter by brand, product type, skin type, concerns, ingredients in the main menu.
  2. Add the product(s) to the shopping cart using the “add to cart” button.
  3. Access your shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon in the right top corner
  4. In the shopping cart, you can review all the products you’ve added to the shopping cart.
  5. Complete the purchase by clicking on “Proceed to Checkout”.
  6. To complete the checkout you will be asked to register as new customer or as guest, where you must enter all your data, the billing and shipping address (if different).
  7. You should select the payment method you want: Credit Card, PostFinance Paypal or Twint. Confirm that all information on your order is correct.
  8. Complete the purchase by clicking on “Place order”.
  9. You will automatically receive a confirmation email about your order and the payment confirmation within 24hours.
  10. As soon as your package has been handed over to our shipping partner (within 1-2 business days), you will receive an e-mail “Order is complete” with the invoice.

If the payment had been already completed, no changes to your order are possible. If you realize that wrong items were purchased you can always return them within 14 days after the delivery.

Invoices are sent by email only, once the order is completed, ie. handed over to our courier partner. We don’t send out additional paper invoices. Should you need a duplicate of your invoice, please reach us at info@disruptifbeauty.ch and we will be happy to provide you with one.

You can pay with credit card, Post Finance, PayPal or TWINT.

  • Credit Card: Pay conveniently and securely with your credit or debit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

 

  • PostFinance: If you have a PostFinance account, you can use it for two payment methods with us: with your E-Finance account and your PostFinance Card.
    • E-Finance: The amount will then be debited directly from your PostFinance account free of charge and you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail.
    • PostFinance Card:Log in using your card and ID number.

 

  • PayPal: If you select payment via PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. The receipt of payment is usually booked with us within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.

 

  • TWINT: To use TWINT, all you have to do is download the TWINT app to your mobile phone and log in with your bank account and phone number. To pay for your orders, you can go directly to the TWINT app after selecting TWINT to complete the payment. Alternatively, you can also scan a QR code with your mobile phone to switch to the TWINT app. As soon as you confirm your payment in the TWINT app, the amount loaded in the app will be debited.

Unfortunately, currently, we only ship inside Switzerland.

Once you confirm your purchase and payment is received, your order will be shipped maximum in the next 3 working days (weekends and holidays are not considered working days), with a delivery time of 2-3 days from the moment the order is shipped.

Our standard delivery is free of charge, as long as you reach the minimum order value of CHF 65. Otherwise, the standard delivery fee is CHF 7.

Please allow 14 days to receive your order. If after that time you haven’t received the order, please reach us at orders@disruptifbeauty.ch.

You can return any item as long as it is unopened, unused, in the  and still has the security seal (if applicable). Therefore, please make sure that the packaging material, instructions for use and accessories are also returned.

Please consider the following steps for a successful return:

  1. Please reach us at info@disruptifbeauty.ch with the information about the return (invoice and order number) so we can prepare the return slip. 
  2. Pack your items: Place the items  in the package together with the return slip. Remove the old label and place the new one (prepare by yourlself or by the courier service)
  3. Give up your return: Take your package to a branch of Swiss Post or a My Post 24 point, for example.
  4. Get your refund: It is best to keep the issued return receipt until we confirm your return. As soon as your return is received and the refund approved, we will credit the purchase amount within 14 days.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we have received your return, processing can take up to 14 days. If you register your return in the customer account, you can provide us with your bank details for the credit note.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that can no longer be resold, ie. open or used.

Yes, we accept returns of sale products unless otherwise stated during the checkout stage (for example, in case of products to be discontinued).

Yes, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs of returns are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

No. We only directly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If that is your case please e-mail us at info@disruptifbeauty.ch with a picture of the wrong or damaged item. We will help you from there!

In case you purchased the wrong products or wrong quantity please proceed with the return and/or a new purchase in our website.
